Each began their terms last week, replacing outgoing board members Lt. Gen. Dennis Hejlik and Roger Neuenschwander, AIA, who have served the organization admirably since 2014.

Connie has 40 years of public and private sector experience managing, designing and building large-scale transportation programs.
